Engine

CATERPILLAR C13 Turbo Intercooler

12,5 liters, Diesel, 6 cyl. Water cooled

The engine is compatible with F54 and F34 fuels

Transmission

Allison 4500SP automatic transmission with 6 forward and 1 reverse gear speed.

Displays

1) Computer Display Unit for driver

3) Ramp Door Control Unit to open/close the ramp door and view the rear or front of the vehicle

Hydraulic Operated Rear Ramp Door

The hydraulic operated rear ramp door with emergency door. The driver opens and closes the ramp door via the control panel from the driver compartment and check the ramp door access area from the rear view camera. Additionally ramp door opened and closed via Ramp Door Control Unit at rear crew compartment.

Hydraulic Self Recovery Winch

Electrically controlled, hydraulically actuated at the rear side of the vehicle. Can be used at both front and rear of the vehicle

360 degrees Awareness System

Cameras located on right and left sides of the vehicle provide crew near awareness of the vehicle on the display in crew compartment.

Tyres

Michelin XZL 14.00 R20 radial tires with run-flat devices. Compatible with FINABEL 20.A.5.

Central Tyre Inflation System

All tyres are inflated and deflated by the driver using CTIS system

Enables drivers to adjust tire pressure while driving to match the relevant ground conditions

Electrical and Electronics Systems

24V compliant with military standards.

Computer controlled electronics system operates and diagnoses all major sub-systems.

28 Volt 570 Ampere alternator.

2 x 12 Volt 120Ah batteries.

Front/Rear View Thermal and Day Camera

Rear View Thermal and Day Cameras assist the driver to navigate safely while reverse maneuvering in day and night conditions.

The vision is displayed on driver’s Computer Display Unit.

Steering

1st and 2nd axles are steerable for short turning circle.

Left Hand Drive, hydraulic assisted power steering with adjustable steering.

Brakes

Pneumatic service brakes with discs on each wheel, dual circuit with ABS.

Spring activated, pneumatic release independent park brake system.

Transfer Box

2 speed transfer case

3 positions (high/low/neutral). High/low range shift unit provides for reliable shifting.

NBC Protection System (Overpressure Type)

NBC Protection System removes nuclear, biological, and chemical particles from the air and provides ventilation to the over-pressured crew compartment.
